Yes. New workspaces get one 14-day Plus trial (full Plus features with trial limits). A card is required to start; after the trial, choose Lite, Plus, or Max.

How does messaging billing work?
WhatsApp is available today with a $0.01 Converra platform fee per message (including templates). Marketing, utility, and authentication templates also use Meta country rates plus 15% markup when Meta charges apply. Additional channels will follow each provider's pricing when they launch.
How do AI credits work?
Lite includes 200 AI credits and 1,000 message events per month; Plus includes 500 AI credits and 2,500 message events (10,000 contacts); Max includes 1,000 AI credits and 5,000 message events (25,000 contacts). Active AI agents count toward your plan’s agent limit (1 / 3 / 5). Overage message events and AI credits bill at $0.01 each. Workflow builder and editor AI do not consume AI credits.
What happens if I exceed the contact or workflow limit?
You will be notified in your workspace as you approach limits. Once reached, new contacts or workflows cannot be added until you upgrade.
Can I change plans later?
Absolutely. Upgrade or downgrade anytime from Settings → Billing in your workspace.
